1. 学历要求
？大专以上学历，财务、会计类相关专业优先。
？必须持有会计从业资格证。
2. 工作经验
？要求有5年以上相关工作经验。
？有2-3年生产制造型企业工作经历者优先考虑。
3. 专业技能
？熟悉现金管理、银行结算、记账、报表处理、核算和结算等会计基本工作。
？熟悉发票开具、税务处理增值税留底抵扣、税费申报缴纳等。
？熟悉用友或金蝶等常用财务软件，掌握Excel操作和数据分析、制表。
？熟悉税法和会计法规。
4. 职责和任务
？会计凭证的录入、凭证审核、账务核对等日常工作。
？日常财务核算、财务分析、税务申报等。
？日常费用、合同审批，及应收、应付的控制和安排。
？与销售、采购、生产、仓库等部门的工作对接和监督。
？管理和维护财务系统，确保数据的准确性和完整性
？协助编制月度和年度财务报表。
？协助财务审计等工作。
